Cust service? Their bigger prob is AMD
Their stubornness not using the cheaper faster alternative to Intel is their real problem. They support Intel, and thus are almost as much to blame as monopolistic thugs as Intel is.

The fact that you bought Dell in the past shows that you didn't realize that you paid too much for a slower computer, not that Dell used to be good. Stay away from Mac too, they use Intel too now. Go for a quality computer company and a quality chip- AMD. I like HP, that's just my experience.
