MAC customer service lol

Dell's customer service has definitley seen some bumps and its not quite what it use to be, but the whole thing about Apple having excellent customer service is the biggest myth.

First of all, one of the BIG reasons "Business customers" choose Dell, isnt because of fancy computer cases, chrome or clear acrylic. Business users require more than just phone support, but the ability to have coverage and the capability to get on site service.

Just the other day our marketing dept (which is really the only dept that just has to have MACs", needed to service some MAC's. Strangley enough the customer service came down to some kid on the phone telling our network administrator to take the MAC to the nearest Shopping Mall for a visit to the "Genius Bar". Are you flipping kidding me?

Apple users must realize there are home users and business users. Apple caters to home users. Dell caters to home users and business users.
