They're right about poor customer service
I used Dells for years and would pay a fair amount of money
(read upgrade) for both notebooks and desktops - including
extended warranties. The customer service was excellent when I
needed it - and then they moved it to India. After one week of
pulling my hair out I moved to Macs, mainly because their
customer service is still as good as Dells used to be.

The simple fact is that I'm a small businessman with no IT
department. I need to be able to depend on my computers and
on the customer service behind them when there is a problem.
Dell no longer fits into that group for guys like me.
