Apple Core Competency
This is a great example of how Apple's core competency is actually marketing and not producing technology products. It is my contention that people buy Apple's iPods based solely on the marketing machine that Apple has built. It people knew the truth that there are better players out then then they would purchase the other guys digital music players.
