This is a case where Apple is wrong, just plain wrong
They are trying to use the courts as a tool to catch an internal violation of discipline. Why? They're a large corporation, that's what the courts are for in America: a tool for negotiations between large corporations, and occasionally the peasantry.

Doesn't mean I'll quit using my Mac, since the alternatives are worse.
