It can be
depending on the wording of the NDA. Not every NDA contains the standard wording. It is very ammusing to see how changing just a few words can make it illegal to do something. And to me breaking any sort of contract is immoral if there was no wrongdoing involved on the part of the company that had the person sign the NDA. hiding behind a blogger is wrong.
