Oh boy, more innovations that let me do less with my computer than I can currently do. Where do I sign up to pay for this one?

Why does Intel (and Hollywood) think that consumers will pay more money for computers that introduce more limitations? Less functionality for more money, what a great bargain.

Has anyone seen Universal's new plan to offer "King Kong" as a download? Windows only, IE only, can't burn it to a disc, lacking all of the DVD extras and the price is only twice that of the DVD. Who is making these decisions?
