Notice something in all the announcement so far...
What one thing is missing is the final pricing. Do SEC has it in house already ? You bet. Why won't they released it. My bet is that this Console is going to have to be north of at least $500 for SEC to NOT completely lose their shirts. Considerating all the special component (cost) in this console vs what's in the 360 - I mean, a Blu-Ray Player, RAMBIUS RAM's, 7 Core Cell Processors, etc.

They're afraid that if they announce this price now those that are holding out hope that they would be under $400 like the 360 premium will just drop their $400 on a 360 now. So instead, they will make everyone wait until Nov timframe and just say, well, it's only a $100 (or $200) more and you must have that tucked under your bed for this for your kids deal. I want pricing NOW.
