exactly..

..this is definitely one of those wars where no one will ever conquer.
It'd be like one drug dealer cornering the worldwide drug market with his one little rinky dinky drug. People want to sample and go gaga over as many toys as they can.
It's like with new OSes. Even if you weren't initially interested, the excitement of newness can be real tempting. I didn't try XP for anything specific, it was just something new to nibble on. THAT is human nature that will never go away..
