Patents should be like FCC licenses
When you obtain an FCC radio license you have to use it with in a certain time frame or lose the license. It should be the same way with patents. If you patent an idea or whatever you should have a fews years to either use it or license it to a company so they can use it. Not just sit on for years and wait for some company to stumble on your idea, then come out of the woodwork and demand blood.
