INFORM.....YES! Legislate......NO!
I think out government should inform us through things like
commercials or public announcement and those warning labels
on a pack of cigarettes about the dangers of any given product
however that is where I would like my government to draw the
line. "You were warned by you are also adults and capable of
making an informed decission" The other way, the current way is
"You are incapable of making an informed decission so the
government must be your Big Brother or Cosmic Parent" and
once that role is taken on then our parents are free to search our
rooms and watch us (for our own good of course) Question who
we hang out with and what time of night we stay out too. We
the American people are no longer citizens we are but children
to do what we are told or be punished.
