the saddest part of it all
Is that once again these politico boners are trying to legislate a kind of morality, in essence, trying to legislate people from causing hearing damage to themselves.
This once again points to how sorry and helpless Americans are becoming, that they cannot 'police' their own habits themselves, and need yet more nanny government shoving silk and flowers down everyones' necks.
It'll be a real shame if they pass some legislation forcing Apple to lower the overall volume of Ipods. Then you coulsd count this as yet another technology that I'll no longer be buying and using, all because some jackoff yoyo can't stop blowing his ears outta his useless brainless head..
