Not with VPC for Macs
With all previous and current versions of VPC you install VPC on the
Mac and then use it to install Windows. To start XP (or 2000) you
start VPC and it will start Windows. Running VPC under OS X also
allows you to drag & drop files between Win & OS X desktops.
