Tell you what...

You take a pay cut and benefit cut and see if you can get the same job. The problem is Americans have gotten too greedy. This goes for the top as well as the bottom rung workers. If we want cheap goods, we go to wal-mart. If we want cheap computers, we buy from Dell. Basically if we want to avoid this kind of mentality, we buy from companies that make their practices not to run their business in that manner.

This sense of honest business is generally lost once the business goes to the shareholder.
