Product equals Patent???
I've read several posts saying that someone must have a product to enforce a patent. If you are an innovative but broke fellow and you invent something, it is not likely that you will get someone to fund the company to build a patent - even in the best circumstances. As a matter of fact, as you expose your idea to get funding someone will turn over the idea to another company who then builds the product. It's a fact. To argue that you need a product to enforce a patent is to argue that only the rich should have patents. I disagree.
