Where'd Gartner Learn to Count?
Palm lost 21.4% PDA market share IF you don't count the almost two-friggin-million Treos they sold. What are those if not PDAs? Oh, and what the hell, let's not count the 850,000 RIM 71XXs that were sold also. Gartner needs to get a grip. Their gross incompetence combined with their arrogance is becoming very annoying. Clearly the PDA/Mobile Email/Cell Phone market dynamics are big challenge to their little brains. That report is beyond useless.
