No, it is not...
... and I will NOT pay a premium to find out. I rip my music directly from my purchased CDs. I don't buy any music from stores (or e-stores) that limit how I can use my music. I don't need Apple or Real or Plays for Sure telling me that my Kelly Clarkson CD is limited to X devices.

My Dell DJ cost $100 less than a comparable iPod - so tell me where is the extra value I get for the $100 Apple tax?
