Good design is not so easy

This is another example of a computer tech firm trying to get into
the consumer product market, and failing to realize that things are
different there. We're all apparently willing to accept flaws in our
computers, cruftiness in design, things that don't quite work as
well as we'd like them to work. We're not as easygoing when it
comes to things like our stereos, our televisions, our toasters. Any
computer company that thinks it can just hop into this space
without meeting the design requirements will suffer the same fate
as this poorly put together effort from Dell.
