It was a so-so effort

I have the 1st gen DJ, and it couldn't compare on features (no games or contacts), but all I wanted was raw harddrive space, a decent playback system and sound, and a better price point. I wasn't disappointed in the system, maybe the addons that should have been built in like FM in the device, not on the remote and remotes that were tougher to take backpack stress. Still, nice to have your music collection right in your pocket.

Oh well, when this DJ dies, I'll probably stay clear of the monoculture and choose something non pod, . . who knows, . . but it won't be Sony for rootsure. Maybe this one will last long enough to see better batterylife created, . . yeah right.
