If I want to only record the 1 minute my daughter gets to be on the news or record a song off the radio I am not stepping on their lively hood. Merchandising, concert performances & endorsments have been the main stay of artists. The media is advertisment for the artist and more people hearing it is more branding. The record companies make the bulk of the money selling the media. Instead of abusing our legal system they should adapt to maximize profit based on the branding.

I signed and referred the site to four friends. I wrote them the following.

It's up to us to protect our freedoms. More over to prevent factions from encroaching on ours, even if for what ever reason they believe themselve to be defending theirs.
