This Says It All

A receiver that could easily record songs and shuffle the play order like Apple Computer's iPod, he warned, would mean the record labels would not get paid for the download."

And he is full of it... Just modify the AHRA so that iPods fall under the recorder and media levy and be done with it. No need for this VEIL CRAP they are pushing.
