Monopoly restrictions
One would assume that once a company is a convicted abusive
monopolist, they may be required to behave in a certain manner to
remain on the right side of the law. Not sure if this would be
considered leveraging or not, but it's certainly something people
should keep in mind when attacking Apple for their behavior in the
DRM market--there are other offenders out there who are even
more restrictive.
