- According to the article, there's not solid proof yet that these brominated compounds are a real risk. And they do happen to be EPA approved. That doesn't mean everything. But it should at least mean that Greenpeace should find some solid evidence to the contrary before harassing HP over it. This group is just really radical, and I have the feeling that they're real agenda has more to do with not liking corporate America than with the specific crusades they go on. These hippies should get out and get real jobs...there are too many who sit in academia too long and end up with twisted views of reality. If they really want to help society, let them get real jobs and on the side volunteer at their local food pantry or homeless shelter.
