What city do you live in??

"I've seen laws against having fun. Kids can't climb trees, merry go rounds with brakes, locked up parks, no swimming holes and such..."

We have all that here where I live, and kids get to use it everyday.

You must live in San Francisco, as that the only place in the nation where I can see someone voting for everything you mentioned above.

It's not fair that Johnny can use the park 3 hours while Mikey only 2. We will close it to make it the same for all.

As for brakes on a merry-go-round!! ALL children must be able to ride together at the same time, as it is not fair that some should be forced to wait, so we will limit the speed to the lowest common denominator...
