"We don't let kids buy smut or R-rated movies, so why is this any different?"

Because by going to absurd lengths we only interest them so much more. Better to expose them to it, and then explain to them why it's misguided or wrong. By trying to hide reality, you only compel them to those dark places. Then they lie to you while smoking crack.

And yet how many smutty movies did we wind up consuming when we were young? Every chance we could get..;-)
