I myself am prepping a massive class action lawsuit in NY as we speak. The criminal nonsense has to stop. They are floooding the market with defective hardware, and don't care that you'll have to return it for another. You already bought into their scheme, they already have you hooked, even if your first experience sucked. You'd never ask for your money back after that. Now you're even more anxious to get a taste of the M$ box.
I am going to ensure that M$ goes down. I spoke briefly with Mike Cox's rep and he told me M$ management departments are shaking with nervous fear. This lawsuit will start the chain reaction which will turn this criminal company upside down.
