Root referring to

Sony's recent 'rootkit' powerplay, not being a far cry from the overall Sony I started to dislike years ago for the relentless court chasing of Bleem (though Sony didn't win judgement, but found that keeping people in court could affectively keep them from coding improvements in their products), Sony Music's involvement in the CD music price fixing scheme from 95 to 2K that they and four other major labels settled out of court for pennies on the dollar IMO, Sony's mod chip cases, and well, the recent Sony rootkit. It's just that chipping away thing, the root of Sony's problem (control freaks with a RIAA style and post apologies if any). That's my opinion, and until the PS3 shows something I can't go without, I'll go without it.
