Ignorance is...
...the opiate of the masses. The Palm executive uses existing Microsoft infrastructure as a reason customers will not switch to Palm. But he knows that Palm is licensed to connect to Exchange servers, etc, so that it doesn't matter. Unfortunately for him and ultimately for PalmOS, those unclaimed customers don't know it.

Maybe he should run a marketing campaign called, "Get the Facts." wink
