So you're saying Apple wouldn't allow DRM compatibility with the Xbox 360, but they'd allow someone to install OSX on it?

Okay, maybe it's possible to hack around with OSX to get it to install, but it would almost definitely be possible to engineer the Xbox 360 to play protected AACs - Microsoft are saying that it would be possible, but that they would get sued to hell because it's illegal.
