Cautionary tale from my state
A while back, the state police here arrested a judge for drunk driving. The judge refused a breathalyzer and thus had his license suspended. At a press conference the next day, the judge said he refused the test because everyone in law enforcement knows the breathalyzer is a joke for its inaccuracy. The judge never said another word, and the charges were very quietly dropped -- with nary another statement on the accuracy of the machines.

On that day, I decided I would never submit to such a test, even though it means losing my license. I haven't had a drink in 23 years, and I don't want an inaccurate machine convicting me.
