Somethings horribly wrong
Shipping isn't the problem. The high tech parts can all be made overseas and shipped in huge quantities, resulting in shipping costs that only average around $5 per PC.

My company can assemble decent PCs (including monitors) for less that $200 each. Add another $5 to that for shipping, and that's what Brazil should be averaging.
