Tax where's its due
Live in Wisconsin - pay property taxes and sales taxes in Wisconsin. Work in Minnesota - pay income taxes in Minnesota. Pretty simple! Some CITIES require that you pay income tax for LIVING there (usually ghetto cities like Detroit) - so I don't know how that would work.

Pro athletes should pay taxes for the state where the team is located. There may be some special dispensation for national sports teams though.
