Wal-Mart
They will sell every one they get, because they will sell them to people (like me) who don't have the $700 to let the other stores "hold" as they send in the "rebate" coupons and wait for the check in the mail. I haven't done anything like that since I was a kid, clipping cereal box tops. For folks of modest means whose alternative is buying a used PC, Wal-Mart is a godsend because it also has lay-away. That's important when you have bad (or no) credit. Of course, there's always Blue Hippo; they'll sell these folks a computer for at least 3 times its worth (including interest).
