Or Apple will return 10% fees or a new lawsuit.
Can somebody stop Apple?s campaigns of misleading?

Proposal to stop misleading of the public:

Any new product has to be tested by independent testers under supervision of the direct competition and only then the manufacturer has rights to make claims like a G3 Mac is twice faster than a Pentium-based PC (it was pure lie ? even if G3 processor is faster, but Mac OS with hardware makes it slower than an equally configured PC).

Company has to be LEGALLY responsible for the publishing of misleading product specifications/claims.

It looks like Apple is the only company who can hide from the public most of their lies. For this purpose Apple?s Soviet Union successfully uses tactics borrowed from Stalin, precisely ? total secrecy about everything ?turns? even the worst regime into looking like a good one, no competition, etc.

In my opinion, Apple thanks to its monopoly sells the lowest quality products on the market under false claims that they are the top quality of the market (almost all new Apple?s products are defected including OS).

In a year or more Apple usually fixes some problems, but it happens in a year(s) ... E.g. in a few months an iMac becomes too noisy, but Apple claims that the iMac is a very quiet computer.

People MUST HAVE RIGHTS to know what they are going to pay for.

Who will restore control over corporate world to prevent corporate abuse, corporate greed and the like behaviors against customers?
