What about the borderline cases
Clearly there's a market for online music downloads. I'm sure a lot
of the people now using iTunes were using p2p before that
existed. For movies, there's no legal service, and because of that,
those borderline types don't have the option of obeying the law if
they want to download movies (I know, they should just suck it up,
but apparently, they won't).
