This is why I decided on this couse of action
I?ve been suspended from the Apple Discussion Groups for let me see (check the reason emailed me by a computer (?) ):

A number of your recent posts to the Apple Discussion Forums, from one or more Apple IDs and/or IP addresses, continue to be inappropriate. As previously warned, your ISP(s) may be notified about these postings, and your Discussions posting privileges have been suspended.

Hmmm.

The inappropriate posts (of course I aware that these are technical discussions) were of this nature:

-Is it true that the poly carbonate coating on the nano is thinner than previous models?

-I bought an inCase folio from the Apple online store, but display scratching only seems to get worse;
any suggestions?

Etc.

I am now in contact with the lawyers in the class action suit.

I would have let it go (it?s only $200.00, and $50.00 in protective covers), but now I?m really angry.

These egomaniacs at Apple do not seem to feel that they need to be accountable for releasing a flawed product.

You know that the batteries were a problem for essentially the same reason; they knew about the potential problem, and released the unit anyway.

I appreciate the need for revenues, but it reminds me of the ?And the Band Plays On? movie (Matthew Modine, et al). When does it become more economically advantages to fix the problem from the onset, as opposed to dealing with litigation?

Your thoughts?
