So you're giving up on your other argument?

So now you're arguing that we should be using the iPod, but it
should be open to more music stores and formats? Before you
were claiming that other devices were better.

Yes, I blame MS for not making a version of WMP for the Mac
that I can use to play "Plays For Sure" products. As far as the
iPod, that's Apple's fault, not that I'd particularly want to play a
WMA file on there, due to the larger size and lower sound quality
compared to AAC. When MS finally updates their player to work
properly on OSX, perhaps places like Napster will then open
their stores to Mac owners. Or perhaps Napster should fund
such development. Since it's not an Apple product, and Apple
stands to make no money whatsoever from improving Microsoft
and Napster's product, they'd have to be idiots to waste their
time doing so.
