HP and Ink pricing issues
As one of the many inkjet users, I find that the price of ink in any printer to be overinflated and just too costly. I have been filling my own cartridges for years and I have always owned an HP.
I realize that alot of money goes into R and D, but look at the cell phone industry? Anyone can get a no cost phone even with a plan.
I would be more then willing to pay more for a printer (ie. 200 for a 100 dollar printer) then pay the excorbantent cost of cartridges. I wonder how many people don't bother with printers because of the high cost. It must be hurting the home printing of photos. Many of my friends only buy the black cartridges when they run out.
The more ink refill companies the better.
