For people doing photo composites and design work, Photoshop
is still essential, but Photoshop currently lacks support for
Apple's Core Imaging technology and therefore lacks the speed
that Aperture can bring to the task of managing and
manipulating a digital photo library.

Let's hope Adobe takes the hint before Aperture 2 begins
offering compositing as well.
