And just the beginning
The changes in the home entertainment area are going to be
enormous. Apple has done more than any other company to
promote this revolution, as they did with desktop publishing a
couple of decades earlier.

Inexpensive Non-Linear Editors, iPod, iTunes, QT and the
support for the MPEG formats, QT Streaming Server,
Garageband, etc.

The ability to share movies with others, to select what
programming people would like to watch (both from mainstream
and alternative sources) when they want to watch it is fantastic.

No more crap from the major studios (remakes of remakes) or
networks being force down our throats. It will do what rss did
for news and podcasting for audio.

It is truly an exciting time.
