AMD does have a 6 watt fanless 32 bit CPU
which only uses 20% of the power as dothan.
It's the NX1750@6watt, but it's 32 bit just like dothan. When you add 64bits and more computing power, it takes more energy, Turion64 against Dothan32 is not comparing CPUs in the same class. You should compare NX1750@6 watts with Dothan.

Nonetheless, Turion64 beat Dothan in battery life during normal use.
