EM64T is not AMD64!
1) AMD64 is true 64 bit. EM64T is a kludge, search on Anandtech, you see a 64/32 bit benchmark showing EM64T chips run slower in 64 bit mode than 32 bit mode by 15%, while AMD64 runs 15% faster in 64 bit mode.

2) laptop logic pointed out the errors by other benchmarks. In cases where Pentium-M won, it was because of larger cache, not CPU speed. Therefore, Turion won most of the tests in laptoplogic's tests.

3) http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2382&p=13

"despite being paired with enough memory bandwidth, the Pentium M continues to fall behind in desktop performance. As a gaming platform and as a general purpose/office machine, the Pentium M does fairly well, but it is in content creation, workstation and media encoding applications that the Pentium M continues to fall behind"
