AMD's 64 bit is faster
1) Even with less than 4GB memrory, AMD64 is faster due to greater number of registers and greater data path. However, INTEL's EM64T runs slower in 64 bit mode.

2) read this and see Turion ML-37 beat the crap out of Pentium-M 760

3) Don't be deceived. Anandtech had a test of Pentium-M in desktop environment and found it simply can't match Pentium-4 in most cases due to its limited FSB and FPU.
