Dizzying Intel chip choices

INTEL code names are more perplexing than German enigma machine: set the funky naming scheme aside, it boils down the following questions
1) Does it have AMD64 64 bit instructions
2) Does it have hypertransport for speedy I/O
3) Does it have embedded memory controller to shorten latency
