Yet you still miss the point.
If I'm not mistaken there are 7 versions of xp. You left out xp
tablet, xp for smartphones and xp sans media player. but you
already knew that. There are supposedly more versions of vista
(10 I believe). What Lovey was trying to do was troll for his
beloved Microsoft. He was going on about how the 7 versions of
xp gave consumers choice, yet Apple offering 6 iPods was
causing confusion. Not one person would confuse an iPod
Shuffle for a video iPod, or a Nano. Yet someone might confuse
one of the variants of windows. For example to link your xp
tablet to your home computer, you must first install xp pro. Even
though you bought xp home, you need to change it to work with
xp tablet. You have to buy a whole new machine to get xp media
edition. So someone's granny, going to best buy might not get
the right version, being there are so many to choose from.
