---Now I know they use specific hardware vendors for their
machines and have control of that hardware, but whats to stop a
generic hardware manufacturer from creating some OS X drivers
and selling the product?---
If Apple is using some kind of TPM sort of measures on their
Mactels that prevent you from running OSX on a generic x86 PC,
would someone finding a way around that violate the DMCA? Or,
would the court rejecting the Lexmark claims against generic
