True, but...
Shouldn't we as a nation be actively supporting technology that reduces or eliminates our appetite for oil? I look at my state's buget for road contruction and it comes out to something like a million dollars a mile. There is surly a better way!

Imagine for a moment how different things would be in a few short years if ALL road construction money that is spent, 50% MUST be spent for vehicle right of ways that do not use oil based fuels...

The funny part here is that it will happen, the only question is do we manage it or simply bury our heads in the sand and pretend the end is never going to come???
