Back in the day when Dell was first starting out and for a time
after that Dell made a fine PC and gave excellent service. But
none the less she is a victim of her own success the "El Cheapo
PC" has done a great deal to strangle the entire industry and as
it would seem even Dell if feeling the pinch now....Hence the
dropping of free shipping and the desire to sell PC's for MORE!
