They're making good money thanks to UMD movies (as suprising as that may be), and at this point, they can probably manufacture even more hardware - and lower costs - and profit from hardware sales.

PSP sold out all over Europe, even beating NDS sales. 90% of those who bought one, also bought a game or two.

What they _should_ do is work on much better games than those people can play now. If people see UMD games they want to play, they'll buy them. 'nuff said.
