Just as when they tried the 30 day free ...
... trial and with drew it in a single day this may elude to disapointing sells of the Mac Mini. It sounds like Apple is stuck with too much inventory of the old and does not want to discount it! No matter what drove the change, it is the only reason I can come up with for such a move. At a minimum it violates good Engineering Change Discipline.
